    Questions about the trial and the subscription

    So your subscription simply continues after the trial and your trips keep being recorded. We charge nothing for the first 7 days; only from day 8 do you pay €3 per car per month. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

    Yes. You cancel in your settings, through the Stripe customer portal. Your subscription runs until the end of the paid month and then stops by itself. Your trips stay in your account; only the automatic recording stops.

    Every trip is recorded with date, start and end time, departure and arrival address, the odometer readings at the start and end and the business or private marking. That is the data the Belastingdienst asks for in a complete trip log. You export it as PDF, Excel or CSV for your accountant.

    Read only. Through the official Tesla connection KM Track gets a read-only key for trip data, location and odometer. The app cannot open, start or control your car, and you can revoke the connection at any time from your Tesla account.
